Job Summary: Internal Quality Assessor (IQA) in an academy typically involves ensuring that the institution maintains high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the academy\'s focus and requirements, but here are some common duties associated with this role: Nationality: Asian Age: Minimum 30 years of age Working Days: 6 Days Visa Status: Employment Visa will be provided (candidates with own visa is also acceptable). Salary Range : 3000 \xe2\x80\x93 4500 AED ( Depends on Skills and Experience) Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; a Master\'s degree is preferred. Proven experience of a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in the Education sector Language proficiency in English and Hindi. More preference for candidates who have good knowledge of KHDA and DHA. Knowledge of Quality Assurance in Education Analytical and Critical Thinking Attention to detail Communication and Decision Making Problem solving and Decision Making Attention to compliance Training and Facilitation Interpersonal Skills Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance: The IQA is responsible for conducting assessments and audits to ensure that the academy maintains high standards of quality in its educational programs, courses, and processes. It involves evaluating curriculum content, teaching methodologies, assessments, and learning outcomes. 2. Compliance Monitoring: The IQA monitors the academy\'s compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. Should ensure that the institution adheres to these guidelines and takes corrective actions if necessary. 3. Evaluation and Reporting: The IQA analyzes assessment data and generates comprehensive reports to identify areas for improvement. Provide recommendations and strategies to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, and the overall academic experience. These reports may be shared with academic leadership, faculty, and other relevant stakeholders. 4. Training and Development: The IQA collaborates with faculty and staff to provide training sessions on quality assurance processes, educational best practices, and assessment methodologies. Assist in developing professional development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of academic staff. 5. Continuous Improvement: The IQA contributes to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and policies. Work closely with academic leadership to ensure that quality improvement processes are effectively implemented and sustained over time. 6. Internal Audits: The IQA conducts internal audits of administrative processes to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Review administrative tasks related to admissions, student support services, assessments, and records management, among others. 7. External Reviews: The IQA facilitates and coordinates external reviews or inspections by accrediting bodies or regulatory agencies. Ensure that all necessary documentation and evidence are prepared 8. Stakeholder Engagement: The IQA collaborates with various stakeholders, such as faculty, staff, students, and external partners, to gather feedback on academic programs and processes.
