Treatments that previously took an entire day can now be completed in just a few hours.

Who you are
You are an experienced Registrar within the field of internal medicine, with the well-being of your patients at heart. You can communicate in a professional manner with both colleagues and patients. Furthermore, you remain calm under pressure, and even then you do not lose your eye for details. Besides this, the entire process of diagnosing, interpreting laboratory results, and treating patients accordingly is well within your field of experience.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with active state licensure.
  • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
  • licensed in Internal Medicine or at Senior Registrar - Internal Medicine level, with experience in Hematology and Oncology.
  • Ability to meet KSA employment and MOH & Saudi Commission eligibility requirements.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties focused on diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with various adult medical conditions, particularly complex or multi-system diseases.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee patient medical plan and clinical journey, ensuring highest patient satisfaction, adherence, and efficacy.
  • Provide clinical oversight to the nurses and pharmacists, ensuring high standards of patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze clinical data and patient feedback, and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance care outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee risk management and emergency preparedness, developing policies to mitigate legal and clinical risks while ensuring readiness for medical emergencies.
  • Lead or participate in the development, review, and implementation of clinical policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the internal medicine department.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Business Development teams to: (1) support in new service development; (2) undertake outreach initiatives (especially with doctors, associations, and relevant organizations); and (3) build large awareness and education of brand and services offered.
  • Participate in accreditation processes (e.g. CBAHI) by contributing expert insight and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to help define and refine our clinical model, playing an integral role in how we scale and innovate..
  • Represent company's clinical team in meetings with key partners, the Ministry of Health, and other external. stakeholders, ensuring our presence is both professional and visionary.
  • Work alongside operations and business development teams to help design, launch, and expand services and new clinical sites.
  • Participate in brand and marketing campaigns, provide expert input for content, and contribute to thought leadership via blogs, panels, or events. In addition, provide medical expertise for the development of brochures, web content, and social media posts.
  • Help foster a collaborative, agile, and learning-driven clinical culture aligned with our startup roots.
