Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients, diagnosing and treating various illnesses, and promoting overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients medical histories to diagnose illnesses and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide primary care and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, X-rays, and laboratory results to aid in accurate diagnoses.

Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies based on patients needs and conditions.

Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management strategies.

Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of residency training in Internal Medicine.

Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.

Valid state medical license and DEA registration.

Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Valid QCHP.
