Job Description

Design, implement, assess and monitor the internal control requirements including groups policies to ensure adequate controls exists to prevent risks in business operations, processes and reporting

key responsibilities :

Formulate policies and procedures to improve internal control, compliance and efficiencies Work collaboratively with various departments and process owners to implement with corrective action to close the gaps identified by Internal auditors Drive regular physical verification and reconciliation of assets and inventories Regularly review control in areas covering customers, vendors, returnable materials CO2, glass bottles etc., procurement processes, invoicing, scrap sales, logistics, assets, inventories etc. Conduct regular self-audits across the company including depots and reviews to drive discipline and ensure adequate controls are in place Prepare SOP's as may be required by the business from time to time Conduct regular trainings as may be identified by the management on internal controls

Desired Candidate Details :

Master degree in business, finance, audit or risk management +5 years of experience in internal control, ideally in FMCG Good communication (English and French) Attention to detail Analytical Interpersonal Good SAP knowledge Problem solving and meeting timelines
