About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Internal Communications Manager

for a contract of up to six months. In this role, you will enhance organisational alignment, clarity, and engagement by shaping impactful internal communication initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure employees receive timely, consistent, and meaningful information that supports business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a clear internal communications strategy

aligned with business goals.

Create compelling, employee-focused content

including internal announcements, leadership messages, presentations, campaign narratives, and multimedia content.

Oversee all internal communication channels

, such as email updates, intranet, digital screens, messaging platforms, and internal campaigns.

Partner with leaders and HR teams

to support change communication, organisational updates, and strategic initiatives.

Lead internal engagement programmes

, including culture and values initiatives, employee events, and recognition campaigns.

Measure the success and impact of communication activities

using data and analytics, sharing insights and recommendations.

Guide and coach the Assistant Internal Communications Manager

to ensure consistent quality and execution.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience

in Internal Communications or a similar field. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Experience managing internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, MS Teams, email newsletters). Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
