Sharaf DG Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to support audit operations across its head office and retail stores. The role focuses on evaluating financial and operational controls, ensuring compliance with policies, and improving internal processes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with auditees to understand business processes and control systems.
• Document walkthroughs and process flow for key controls.
• Prepare audit work programs and perform testing of financial and operational processes.
• Utilize ERP and BI system reports to perform control and substantive testing.
• Maintain high-quality audit documentation and working papers in compliance with internal standards.
• Ensure audit fieldwork is completed within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare audit observation summaries, discuss findings with stakeholders, and draft audit reports for managerial review.
• Escalate delays, risks, or control weaknesses to the Internal Audit Senior or Manager promptly.
• Participate in special reviews, investigations, or ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote strong control awareness across the organization.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1-3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
• Professional certifications preferred: CIA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and Excel skills.
• Ability to generate insights using ERP and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC for audit assignments.
