Internal Auditor

Job Description
The Internal Auditor will evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes across real estate and facilities management operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits of FM operations, property management, procurement, contracts, and financial controls Review compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations Audit service contracts, vendor payments, AMC agreements, and asset management records Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and risk areas; recommend corrective actions Prepare audit reports and present findings to management Follow up on audit observations and implementation of corrective measures Support fraud risk assessments and investigations, if required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of internal audit experience in Real Estate / FM / Construction industry Strong knowledge of internal controls, contract auditing, and operational audits Familiarity with UAE regulations is an advantage Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Preferred Certifications:
CIA / ACCA / CA (or pursuing)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
