Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa's and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

About The Job

Develop and implement a risk-based annual audit plan in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Identify and assess key risks, including financial, operational, compliance, and IT risks, and prioritize audit projects accordingly. Oversee the entire audit lifecycle, from planning and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up. Conduct thorough and objective examinations of financial statements, operational procedures, and internal control systems to identify potential risks, errors, and irregularities. Act as a trusted advisor to management on matters of governance, risk management, and internal controls. Stay informed of changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance and relevance of the audit function. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit methodology, tools, and processes, including the use of data analytics and other advanced technologies. Foster a culture of ethical conduct, continuous improvement, and professional development within the internal audit team. Provide guidance and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Evaluate the performance of direct reports and provide constructive feedback.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
