We're Hiring: Internal Auditor - UAE Experience Required
Al Ghaith Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Internal Auditor
to join our team and support governance across our group companies.What we're looking for:
Proven experience in internal auditing within the UAE
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with corporate policies, procedures, and SOP development
certification in auditing (e.g., CIA or equivalent) is highly preferred
Experience working within
family business structures
and navigating multi-entity environmentsFemale candidates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits across Al Ghaith companies
Review and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures
Prepare and implement SOPs tailored to each department
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
Follow up on departmental reports and ensure timely review
Analyze operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Provide clear, actionable audit reports to senior management
Collaborate with teams to support corrective actions and process improvements
