We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Internal Auditor

to join our team. The Internal Auditor will ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant industry standards, as well as identify areas for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits and assessments of the cleaning operations to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices. Review the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes related to soft services. Assess the accuracy of financial reports and operational performance within the company. Collaborate with the management team to provide recommendations for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prepare and present audit reports with findings, issues, and corrective action recommendations. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on unresolved issues. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for facility management and cleaning services. Perform audits of service contracts, vendor management, and billing procedures. Assist in the development of internal audit programs and audit schedules.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or equivalent is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on facility management, cleaning services, or similar industries. Strong understanding of internal controls, financial reporting, and operational audits. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with audit software is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: AED700.00 - AED900.00 per month
