We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Internal Auditor

to join our team in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of audit principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of operational, financial, and compliance processes across F&B outlets and departments. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Identify weaknesses and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safeguard company assets. Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports and communicate findings to management. Follow up on audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions. Evaluate compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Assist in developing the annual audit plan and risk assessments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure transparency and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Support external audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in the F&B industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities. High level of integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
