Ready Safety Consultancy is a leading ACTVET-approved HSE training and consultancy company in the UAE. We specialize in accredited Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training, audits aligned with international standards.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

to join our growing Quality Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS), conducting internal audits, identifying non-conformities, and ensuring continuous improvement in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Prepare audit checklists, reports, and corrective/preventive action plans. Monitor and follow up on non-conformities and ensure closure within the agreed timeline. Support management reviews and assist in maintaining QMS documentation. Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on ISO standards and best practices. Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies during surveillance and recertification audits. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field. Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor (mandatory). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in auditing or quality management (preferably within a consultancy, training, or inspection company). Strong knowledge of QMS documentation, NCR management, and root cause analysis. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage. Knowledge of ACTVET, ENAS, or EIAC requirements will be considered a plus.
