Internal Auditor
to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
Perform internal audits across various departments to assess risk, control, compliance, and operational efficiency. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Prepare clear and concise audit reports, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to senior management. Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate with management and external auditors as needed. Support risk assessment processes and contribute to annual audit plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and risk management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Proficiency in audit software and MS Office tools.
