Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CIA preferred.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to lead audit teams and handle multiple projects.
