Internal Audit Manager - Dubai
Salary: AED 30,000 - 35,000 + family benefits & bonus

A leading international organisation is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their Dubai team. This role focuses on operational and financial audits, strengthening internal controls, and supporting risk management across regional operations. Strong growth potential with a pathway to a senior internal audit leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver annual internal audit plan
Conduct operational, financial & compliance audits
Assess internal controls & risk management practices
Prepare audit reports & present findings to senior leadership
Follow up on audit actions and ensure improvements
Support governance, compliance, and process optimisation
Requirements
Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CIA/CPA preferred
5-7+ years' internal audit experience
Strong operational audit background (manufacturing/distribution ideal)
Able to work independently and communicate at senior level
Strong analytical & reporting skills
