Internal Audit Manager
Job Description
Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan in alignment with business objectives and risk assessments. Lead and conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across various departments and manufacturing units. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying gaps and recommending practical improvements. Monitor adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and the Board Audit Committee. Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely corrective action implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and risk management initiatives. Stay updated with UAE regulatory requirements and manufacturing industry standards.
8-10 years of relevant internal audit experience
, with at least3 years in the manufacturing sector within the UAE
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications preferred:CIA.
