Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting
(required).
Experience:
Minimum of
2-3 years of audit experience
, preferably gained from an
audit firm
or within the
supermarket/retail sector
.
Languages:
Excellent command of
English and Arabic
(both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit-related tools.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive
financial, operational, and compliance audits
in accordance with the annual audit plan.
Evaluate and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of
internal control systems
.
Review and verify
payment documentation
prior to management approval.
Prepare and maintain
audit programs, working papers, and detailed audit reports
.
Assist in identifying process improvements and recommending corrective actions.
Support audit activities related to
retail operations
, including cash handling, sales transactions, inventory, and expense controls.
Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Arabic nationality
(required).
Demonstrated experience in
retail or supermarket operations
will be considered a strong advantage.
