Job Description

This is a remote position.
Role Overview:
As an AperioHub Intern, you will collaborate with other participants and professionals to research, analyze and implement assigned project specific objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in multiple domain of your choice including banking, investment research, business strategy, AI implementation in business or marketing.
Internship Features:
Real-world business projects - Work on portfolio-ready projects sourced from our network in Banking & Finance, Business Consultancy, Digital Innovation & Startup

  • Digital Workplace - Work remotely in a digitally powered ecosystem replicating physical work environment along with other peers as colleagues
  • Career Laboratory - Option to try 2-3 separate career tracks for experience and self evaluation
Ongoing professional guidance - 1-on-1 sessions with industry veterans on all professional aspects
Global network access - Connect with professionals across Asia and the Middle East
Official credentials - Participation & reference letter
Optional Overseas Business Immersion - 2 weeks of networking, company exposure, and presentations in one of the world's most dynamic business hubs of Dubai, Singapore or Hong Kong
Your Delivery:
  • Professional-grade project related work through collaboration with other participants
  • Complete assigned tasks, analysis and final submission
Executive-level presentation to close the program
Commitment to excellence and professional standards
Requirements
Who Should Apply:
University students, recent graduates, or career switchers (1-3 years experience)
Seriously interested in international business careers
Available for 6 consecutive weeks for the selected Cohort with 25-40 hrs per week of commitment
Self-motivated, coachable, and ready to do real work
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with office digital tools like MS Office or Google Suits
  • Access to a laptop/computer
