Whether you\'ve recently finished your college education and trying to find that \xe2\x80\x9cperfect fit\xe2\x80\x9d or about to complete your university degree and want to get a taste of the real world, AECOM has a wide variety of Internship opportunities available.

Responsibilities & Duties

Learns techniques, softwares and systems required to deliver projects. Learns to understand clear solutions for delivery, be proactive and complete task assigned in allocated timeframe.

Contributes to research-based tasks and ensures the quality of the output are aligned with the applied standards.

Collects, comprehends and represents graphically the public realm design guidelines and sustainability requirements (related to the public realm) in the operating regions.

Properly represents sites, projects, design/detail drawings to correct scales.

Under the supervision of senior staff, prepares a qualitative and quantitative set of diagrams and drawings covering benchmark and precedent studies. Provides support in research and development of key ideas, case studies, etc.

Represents ideas and concepts graphically and able to develop the graphical representation of a design narrative or a landscape vision.

Produces parts of a landscape design for review.

Delivers Photoshop Illustrative Plans and Lumion views.

Under supervision and guidance, contributes to report production and assist the PM in project management tasks such as preparation of PMPs, drafting MoMs and assisting in presentation preparations.

Works and delivers a full CD/ SD/ DD set of documents with help from senior staff members.

Contributes to maintaining office physical and digital library of submitted projects, landscape architecture books, planting palettes, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master\'s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture with exposure to Landscape related courses from an accredited University

Must have graduated within the last 12 months or graduating no later than June 2023

Successful applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above

Candidates must be currently based in the UAE

If you hold a Master\'s Degree, you must have started it within 12 months of completing the Bachelor\'s Degree in order to have continuous education

The Intern Program will run from 26 June - 29 Sept 2023 and is your opportunity to land a permanent position with AECOM. If your performance has been successful, based on a mid-program review, you will be offered a full-time role as a young professional in your field as part of our highly competitive Graduate Program starting in November 2023.

This opportunity has 1 role based in the Dubai office and 1 based in the Abu Dhabi office, please specify your preferred location as we will submit your application to the relevant team accordingly.
