Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Quality and Hygiene team. The internship provides hands-on experience in maintaining product quality standards, implementing hygiene protocols, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and documenting quality control processes across production lines. Support hygiene audits and inspections across facilities. Help in updating and maintaining quality and hygiene documentation. Participate in the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures. Conduct sampling and basic laboratory testing (if applicable). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement in hygiene and quality standards. Assist in training sessions or awareness programs related to hygiene and food safety.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Basic understanding of quality systems and hygiene standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP) is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
