We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Contact Center team. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service operations, communication handling, and support processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Support the team in logging and tracking customer interactions.
Help in preparing daily/weekly reports and performance metrics.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Shadow experienced agents to understand best practices in customer engagement.
Requirements:
Completed a degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
Sponsored Visa (Valid for more then 6 months Self & Sponsor).
Valid Passport (Self & Sponsor).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
