Intern Duties and Responsibilities: Managing switchboard. Managing reception & receiving visitors. Receiving customer inquiries, direct the same with concern employee and or department. Assist with facility maintenance management. Assist with gate pass applications. Assist with dispatching couriers. Coordinate interviews Proofread admin documents Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects Organize and attend company meetings

Requirements: Bahraini national Human Resources Management or Business major Some experience in an office environment preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Customer and result oriented
