We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Interior / Architectural Designer
to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of space planning, aesthetics, and technical knowledge to create functional, safe, and beautiful environments. This role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop innovative interior and architectural design solutions from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts, space plans, and presentations that meet client objectives, codes, and standards. Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Prepare and coordinate construction documents, material specifications, and finish schedules. Work closely with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors during all project phases. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained during construction. Select furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and materials aligned with the design concept. Stay informed of industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design innovation.
