to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects across Dubai and Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, team handling, project execution, and ensuring technical compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion
Handle site teams, subcontractors, and allocate tasks effectively
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Provide technical guidance and solutions to site teams
Review drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per specifications
Identify issues on site and provide practical technical advice
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and site execution
Good team handling and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices
Preferred:
UAE driving license
Immediate or short notice availability
