Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Interior Foreman to oversee and manage all on-site interior fit-out and finishing works, including joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, partitions, and MEP coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projects. You will be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to interior fit-out and finishing works. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules to guide work execution. Assign tasks and monitor performance of site workers, carpenters, painters, electricians, and subcontractors. Ensure all work is carried out according to design details, quality standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, and MEP teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion. Conduct inspections to verify materials, dimensions, and finishing quality. Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently. Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site status and manpower needs. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and tools on-site. Supervise installation of joinery, false ceilings, partitions, wall finishes, flooring, lighting, and fittings. Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction supervision in the UAE or GCC. Proven experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality interior projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors under pressure. Good understanding of UAE safety standards and site management procedures. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation (MS Office). Languages: English required; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage.
