Building and rebuilding the relations with the consultants, the contractors, the owners, the designs office.
Visiting the sites work & attending meetings with the concern clients.
To build, train and motivate sales team.
To congregate monthly collection targets and without fail.
To submit all sales forecast accurately.
Qualify the company the company with the customers/consultants and contractors.
Setup the company sales strategy in-light of the company needs and in coordination with management.
Plan, direct, and supervise sales engineers and representatives activities.
Coordinate with the estimation department, assess the work load sort out the tenders, classify them and advise of those to be priced.
Follow up the inquiry and quoting process.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Coordinate/Participate in Marketing Activities.

Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time Salary: KD800.000 - KD1,200.000 per month
