Mustafa Shareef Technical Services, a leading name in the interior design and fit-out industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to join our team. Role Overview: As an Interior Fit-Out Project Manager, you\'ll hold a vital position in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of our interior fit-out projects. Your duties encompass managing project timelines, budgets, quality control, and communication with stakeholders, from project initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the planning, execution, and finalization of interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure design intent is successfully translated into the final product.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Serve as the main contact point for clients, ensuring effective communication and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
- Ability to manage the project and sound knowledge of joinery, electrical, HVAC, Civil works, and firefighting.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out projects in the UAE, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively English language.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
