Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leverage 3+ years\' UAE Interior Fit-Out experience.
- Manage BOQs, quotes, and material coordination.
- Ensure accurate project estimation and costing.
- Analyze bids, recommend payments, handle variations.
- Liaise with local and global suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Handle multiple projects with finesse.
- Communicate effectively and technically.
- Proven UAE Fit-Out experience.
- Proficiency in BOQs, material management, and costing.
- Strong supplier/sub-contractor network knowledge.
- Multi-tasking ability and effective communication.
- Technical prowess and attention to detail.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you know how to use Revit?
- Do you have a work experience in UAE?
