Job Description
Responsibilities: Undertake design project from concept to completion Including Plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, using CAD software
- Candidate Having Experience in F&B, retail, hotel, and Office projects is preferred
- Preparing Bill of Quantities.
- Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients.
- Developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs
- Expertise in layouts, plans, sections, elevations, detailing, colour, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D Max(Preferable).
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Minimum 4 years of Designer experience in interior fitout industry
