Our client is a well-established interior fit out turnkey contractor specializing in commercial, residential and mixed use projects.
We are recruiting a UAE experienced project sales manager with strong client relationship management capabilities to join their Dubai team.
The primary responsibility of the role is client acquisition and relationship management to close the deal and increase annual revenue.
Role Summary
Liaise with potential clients to gather their requirements, negotiate commercial terms and pricing, close the deal and present concepts and mood boards.
Liaise with MEP contractors, consultants and architects to source new business opportunities for commercial and industrial interior office, retail, hospitality fitout solutions to increase revenue and market share.
Preparation and presentation of sales proposals, RFQs and RFPs, sales forecasting.
Work closely with the project execution team and clients until contract handover.
Mandatory Skills & Experience Required
7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 similar experience and currently working in business development / sales in the UAE in turnkey interior fit out design and build with strong technical awareness of commercial and interior products, fit out and joinery works.
Strong background in cold calling, industry networking and referral marketing and worked in a high revenue client acquisition role in the UAE.
Must have worked on projects valued up to a minimum of AED 300,000.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
