Job Overview: As an Interior Designer & Sales Representative at OPPEIN UAE, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients\' visions into reality. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and goals. - Create innovative and visually stunning interior design concepts with the training provided. - Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selections, and materials. - Present design proposals to clients effectively, articulating the vision and benefits of your designs. - Actively engage in sales activities, including identifying leads, prospecting, and converting leads into clients. - Provide comprehensive product knowledge and design expertise to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions. - Generate accurate quotes and estimates for design projects, ensuring profitability for the company. - Manage the end-to-end design process, including project coordination, implementation, and final delivery. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design innovations, and competitive landscape. - Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to promotional campaigns and strategies. Requirements: - Must be fluent in English - Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Graphic Design and Fashion Design is advantageous. - Sales experience in Dubai and in home design and furnishings or real estate is advantageous. - Strong desire to learn and succeed in both interior design and sales. - Proficiency in CAXA design software as well as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Knowledge of home design, trends, and products is an advantage.
