Communicate professionally with clients and understand project requirements.
Develop design concepts and deliver high-quality final designs.
Strong knowledge of materials and suppliers available in the UAE market.
Proficient in the following software:
3ds Max
AutoCAD
Lumion
Microsoft Office
Ability to create
professional presentations
.
Ability to use
AI tools for design and presentations
is a plus.
Assist in preparing
BOQ
when required.
Supervise project sites to ensure proper implementation of design work.
Must be
living in Ras Al Khaimah
or willing to relocate (mandatory).
