Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative interior spaces that meet client requirements and industry standards. The Interior Designer will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, from concept development to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and plan interior spaces that align with client needs, budget, and project scope.

Develop detailed design concepts, including mood boards, color palettes, and material selections.

Create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Source and select furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

Oversee project implementation to ensure adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit).

Excellent creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Work Environment:

This role may require site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
