Job Title: Site Fit-Out / Interior Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Fit-Out / Interior Engineer with hands-on site experience to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out works. The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality control, and delivering the project within the timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure execution as per approved plans.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works. Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards, materials, and workmanship. Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, and progress documentation. Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project. Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies at the site. Track project timelines and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager. Ensure safety compliance and proper housekeeping on-site. Assist in quantity take-offs and verification of subcontractor invoices/work done.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant site experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, partitions, MEP coordination, etc. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project and MS Office. Familiarity with project documentation, QA/QC procedures, and site safety protocols.
