Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative

Interior Design Intern

to join our dynamic design team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects. The intern will support the design process, assist with material selection, prepare drawings and presentations, and collaborate with various departments throughout the design and execution stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and material boards Support in preparing 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and AutoCAD layouts Source and organize samples of materials, finishes, and furnishings Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project briefings Assist in preparing presentation documents and proposals Collaborate with design and project teams on ongoing assignments Maintain and update the material library and supplier database Perform administrative and documentation tasks as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of design principles, materials, and space planning Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
