We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to collaborate with our design team and clients in delivering inspiring and functional interior spaces. You will be responsible for creating interior layouts, design concepts, and overseeing the technical aspects of fit-out projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
Proven experience in interior design , 3 to 5 years in dubai particularly in fit-out projects.( retails shop , restaurants ,coffee shops inside the malls ,
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Must know how to apply online Authority Approval (DM, CD, DDA, Trakhees etc)
Must know how to prepare Quotation, BOQ and Scope of Work,
