Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative

Head of Interior Design (Female)

to lead our interior design department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing design concepts, managing the design team, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality, timelines, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the interior design team from concept to execution Develop creative design concepts aligned with client requirements and project briefs Review and approve drawings, layouts, 3D visuals, material selections, and specifications Coordinate with project managers, fit-out, joinery, MEP teams, and vendors Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design approvals Ensure designs comply with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards Monitor design timelines, resources, and deliverables Maintain quality control across all design outputs Mentor and guide junior designers and draftsmen

Requirements

Female candidates preferred Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Minimum

8-10 years of experience

in interior design and fit-out industry Prior experience in a

design leadership or head role

is mandatory Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects Proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop

(or similar tools) Strong design sense, communication, and leadership skills Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure UAE experience is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
