We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong background in civil works and fit-out execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of interior spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a deep understanding of materials, construction techniques, and project coordination from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and project goals.
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material specifications.
Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Supervise on-site fit-out work, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement of materials and furnishings.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

• 8+ years of experience in interior design with hands-on civil and fit-out project experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• UAE driving license is a plus.

• Experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.

• Familiarity with local regulations and authority approvals in the UAE.
