Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Interior Designer to work on luxury hospitality projects including five-star hotels, resorts, branded residences, and high-end F&B spaces. The role requires refined design sensibility, strong coordination skills, and a clear understanding of international hotel brand standards such as Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Kempinski, Taj, and Accor.

This position is open only to candidates who are educated in the UAE / EUROPE ONLY and have professional experience exclusively within the UAE/ EUROPE / US

Key Responsibilities

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and spatial narratives aligned with brand and project requirements
Prepare design development and construction documentation including layouts, elevations, FF&E, finishes, and lighting coordination
Select and specify high-end materials, furniture, and lighting suitable for luxury hospitality environments
Coordinate with consultants, operators, and project teams to ensure design intent and compliance
Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and participate in site visits as required

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
6-10 years of experience, including luxury hospitality projects within the UAE only
UAE-educated candidates only
Proven portfolio of completed five-star hospitality projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Articulate, confident, and well-presented personality
Male candidates preferred
