About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role has a dual focus: supporting our product development team in bringing new furniture designs to life, and coordinating with clients on interior design projects. You will help transform initial furniture design ideas into high-quality 3D models and renders ready for e-commerce, while also preparing layouts, mood boards, and visual concepts for client spaces.

This is a hands-on, client-facing position that blends design, visualization, and product development--with strong opportunities to influence both what we design and how we sell it.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design (Client Projects) Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, style preferences, and functional needs. Develop mood boards, furniture palettes, and material selections. Prepare 2D layouts and floor plans to illustrate design proposals. Create 3D visualizations of full rooms (e.g., living rooms, dining areas) using selected furniture and finishes. Conduct consultations via Zoom calls, site visits, or in-office meetings to guide clients through selections. Prepare client quotations for selected products and support clients in closing their orders. Product Development (Furniture) Collaborate with the product development team to transform new furniture design ideas into 3D models. Apply selected materials, fabrics, and finishes to create photorealistic product renders. Produce product "renders" showcasing furniture in multiple finishes, sizes, or configurations for website listings and catalogs. Maintain a 3D asset library of furniture designs for reuse across marketing, sales, and e-commerce. Ensure all renders meet e-commerce standards (angles, lighting, transparent backgrounds, consistency). Collaboration & Presentation Collaborate with procurement, sales, and marketing to align product designs with availability, costs, and timelines. Visit clients for additional measurements and material selection sessions and present design concepts professionally. Provide design support for proposals, catalogs, and marketing presentations.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer in a design firm, furniture company, or contracting company. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Canva, Blender, or similar tools for 2D/3D design. Strong skills in rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, or similar) for photorealistic output. Experience in both interior visualization and product/furniture rendering. Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing roles. Presentable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in furniture product development (3D modeling and renders for new product lines). Familiarity with e-commerce visual content requirements. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement in the Gulf region. Basic experience with 3D rendering pipelines (materials, lighting setups, asset optimization).
