CONIN is seeking a highly experienced Interior Designer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading interior design development, coordination, and site execution to ensure high-quality delivery in line with project requirements and design standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior design projects from concept development to project completion
Prepare, review, and approve interior design drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings
Develop material palettes, finishes, and specifications
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and project teams for design integration
Review material submittals, samples, and mock-ups
Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
Attend client and project coordination meetings
Resolve design and site-related issues and propose effective solutions
Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and site execution
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, finishes, and furniture specifications
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design software
Excellent creativity, presentation, and visualization skills
Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
