Job Description
We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forconceptualizing, designing, and executing
interior spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The role involves close collaboration withclients, architects, contractors, and suppliers
to deliver projects that align with the client's vision, budget, and timeline.Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project goals. Develop
design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations
based on project scope. Createdetailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material boards
for client review and approval. Selectfurniture, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and accessories
suitable for each project. PrepareBills of Quantities (BOQs)
and coordinate with the procurement team for sourcing. Collaborate witharchitects, contractors, and consultants
to ensure smooth project execution. Conductsite visits
to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Stay updated withindustry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
Ensure all projects comply withsafety regulations, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience
as an Interior Designer (Dubai experience preferred) -- mandatory*.Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop
, or similar design software. Strong knowledge ofmaterials, finishes, furniture, and lighting design.
Excellent sense ofaesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
Strongproject management and organizational
skills. Effectivecommunication and client-handling
abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Preferred Attributes:
Experience in
residential, commercial, and hospitality
interior design projects. 2-3 years of local experince is mandatory Knowledge ofsustainable and eco-friendly
design principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity withDubai Municipality and authority regulations
related to interior fit-out.: Negotiable
