Design De lujo is looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in the UAE and be passionate about luxury design, detailing, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and detailed drawings.
Conduct site visit regularly, prepare progress reports, and ensure deisgn implementation is in line with project standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and design, presentations.
Ensure compliance with the Dubai Municipality (DM), Civil Defense, and other local authority requirements.
Monitor project timelines and assist in solving design-related issues on-site.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design / Architecture
or related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience in the UAE
(experience in luxury residential/commercial projects is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, authority approvals, and documentation (DM, Trakhees, DCD, Dubai Development Authority, etc.)
Proficiency in design softeware: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/ V-Ray, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop & MS Office.
Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, joinery details, and MEP coordination.
Ability to visit sites, conduct inspections, and provide technical reports.
Strong communication skills in English (Tagalogis a plus).
Must be currently based in UAE and available for Immediate joining.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
