Job Summary:

The Interior Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative interior design solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. The role involves preparing design concepts, detailed drawings, material specifications, and presentations while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts

based on client requirements and project briefs. Prepare

detailed design drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations

for client approval. Select appropriate

materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories

in line with design intent and budget. Coordinate with

architects, MEP engineers, and contractors

to ensure design integrity during project execution. Review and approve

shop drawings, material submittals, and samples

. Conduct

site visits

to monitor progress, ensure design implementation, and resolve on-site issues. Prepare

BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation

. Participate in

client meetings, design reviews, and presentations

. Stay updated with

latest trends, materials, and technologies

in interior design. Ensure all designs comply with

local codes, safety, and sustainability standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design / Architecture

or equivalent. Minimum

10 years of experience

in

interior design and fit-out projects

, preferably within the GCC. Strong creative and technical design skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office

(Revit is an added advantage). Excellent

visualization, presentation, and communication skills

. Strong understanding of

materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color coordination

. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong teamwork and coordination skills with site and project teams.

Preferred:

UAE or GCC experience

with exposure to commercial, hospitality, and luxury interior projects. Knowledge of

local authority design approval processes

. Familiarity with

sustainable design principles

and new material technologies.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
