Job Summary

We are seeking a multi-skilled individual who can support the design and technical team with precise

2D and 3D drawings

, while also contributing creatively to interior design development. This role requires a balance of technical drafting skills and design sense, suitable for someone early in their design career but ready to take ownership of real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting Tasks:

Prepare accurate

2D and 3D drawings

using

AutoCAD

(Professional level) and S

ketchUp

Create l

ayouts, sections, elevations, joinery, and furniture

details Assist in preparing as -built drawings and shop drawings for execution C

oordinate with site teams and project manager

s to ensure design accuracy Revise drawings based on mark-ups, site conditions, or design updates

Interior Design Tasks:

Support senior designers in developing concepts, mood boards, and space plans Source materials, finishes, and FF&E items as per project needs Assist in client presentations by preparing visual boards and layouts Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary design data Maintain organized documentation of design revisions and material selections

Qualifications & Skill

Architecture, or related field
2 to 4 years Experience

Proficient in:

AutoCAD (Professional level)
SketchUp MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of

:

Photoshop, InDesign, or any rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills Ability to interpret design ideas and translate them into detailed drawings
