Position: Interior Designer (Luxury / High-End Real Estate)

Crestline Developers is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer specializing in luxury and high-end real estate projects. The role focuses on delivering exceptional design experiences across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering with a specialization/degree in Interior Design.

? Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience as interior designer in luxury residential and commercial projects in UAE.

? Proven track record of delivering high-end, bespoke interior designs from concept to execution independently.

? Females are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead the conceptual and schematic interior design process for luxury real estate projects, including villas, apartments, offices, and retail spaces.

? Develop high-end interior design concepts, detailed drawings, specifications, and 2D/3D visualizations using advanced design software.

? Design and curate bespoke furniture, finishes, lighting, and styling tailored to luxury standards and company requirements.

? Translate projects requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions that reflect modern luxury trends.

? Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure design integrity and quality execution.

? Oversee site visits, material selection, mock-ups, and design execution support to achieve the highest quality results.

? Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and local authority submission processes.

? Present design proposals and mood boards to internal teams and clients, articulating design concepts and rationale clearly.

? Implement BIM and advanced visualization techniques to streamline production and enhance presentations.

? Identify and resolve design challenges, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's brand vision.

? Stay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and high-end interior styling techniques.

Skills:

? Software Proficiency: Advanced in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; Intermediate to Advanced in SketchUp/Rhino; proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, ArchiCAD, Navisworks Manager, and MS Office Suite for high-quality visualization and multidisciplinary coordination.

? Deep understanding of residential (villas, apartments) and commercial (offices, retail, malls) interior design.

? Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
