Job Description

The candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create and present designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

Having Good Experience in fit-out industry Create proposal related fitout concept in 3D max /Auto Cad / Photo shop . Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Rendering & presentations Developed and formulated the total interior design concept for residential, commercial and hospitality projects Conducted in-depth studies and analyses of areas to be designed to establish requirements that insure that the user's needs are met. Developed schematic furniture layouts to determine practical requirements and project limitations. Inspected existing conditions of facilities to determine possible architectural problems. Designed, and purchased furnishings, art works, and accessories. Discussing requirements in detail with the client and setting project schedules Understanding individual clients' needs, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs Integrate findings with knowledge of interior design and formulate environmental plan to be practical, esthetic and conducive to intended purposes Advises client on interior design factors, such as space planning, color schemes, etc... Considering material and costs according to set budgets

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
