Job Description
Job Purpose:
To design and deliver creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior fit-out solutions aligned with client requirements and company standards, ensuring timely and quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare design concepts, space planning, and mood boards for fit-out projects. Produce detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent is achieved. Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting as per project requirements. Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and client specifications. Coordinate with site teams during execution to resolve design-related issues. Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years' experience in interior design, preferably in fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software. Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, and finishes. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills.Job Type: Full-time
