Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished

Interior Designer

with extensive experience in corporate interiors, hospitality and residential and a strong background in projects. The ideal candidate will bring global design expertise, a passion for innovative workplace solutions, and the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and regional contexts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Excellence:

Develop creative and functional design concepts for corporate spaces that reflect global standards and trends. Design work environments that balance brand identity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

2. Project Leadership:

Lead and coordinate design projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, across various regions.

3. Client engagement:

Liaise with international and local clients to understand and interpret their vision and requirements. Provide design strategies that align with global best practices and local cultural nuances.

4. Technical Expertise:

Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software. Ensure designs meet regional building codes, sustainability certifications, and workplace safety standards.

5. Material and Vendor Coordination:

Source innovative materials and finishes that adhere to international quality benchmarks. Establish relationships with local and global suppliers for efficient procurement and execution.

6. Global Trends and Sustainability:

Incorporate cutting-edge design technologies, smart office solutions, and sustainable practices into projects. Stay abreast of workplace trends such as agile working, biophilic design, and employee wellness-focused spaces.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

4- 8 years of experience in corporate interiors

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion). Strong grasp of global workplace design standards and ergonomic principles.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Adaptability to various cultural and business contexts. Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.

Preferred:

Experience in Middle East Knowledge of LEED, WELL, or other green building certification standards.
