Job Description

We're hiring a visionary leader to head our Architectural & Interior Design team. The role focuses on overseeing design workflows, crafting innovative concepts, and ensuring top-tier technical drawings that reflect both client needs and our company's vision

Lead the design team and oversee task distribution and progress tracking. Develop creative design concepts and transform them into realistic technical and execution drawings. Review and approve execution drawings, facades, and interior designs to meet client requirements and project standards. Coordinate effectively with other departments (construction, sales, etc.) to ensure project integration. Attend client meetings and site visits with the sales team to understand project requirements directly and study the site context.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design. Proven experience in leading or managing design teams. Proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools such as 3ds Max with V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions. High attention to detail and commitment to design quality Focus in Interior Design Good in handling clients Preferably Arabic
Contract length: 24 months
